DoctorGhar (“we”) operates the DoctorGhar patient app (com.doctorghar.com), the DoctorGhar Partner app for doctors, laboratories and stores (com.doctorghar.partner) and the website doctorghar.com. This policy explains what information we handle and why. By using our apps or website you agree to it.
To run the Service – accounts, bookings, video consultations, orders, payments and notifications – to give support, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to follow the law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use health information for advertising.
With the doctor, lab or store a patient books with (and with the patient, for providers); with service providers that help us run the Service (Google / Firebase, Google Maps, OneSignal, Agora, Razorpay, SMS / email and hosting providers); and when required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
You can view and update your information in the Profile screen and change app permissions in your device settings.
To delete your account: open Profile → Delete Account in the app, or email support@doctorghar.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. After verification we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law.
Our services are for adults (18+). A parent or guardian may add a child’s profile in their own account to book care for the child.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page.
